The City of Walker Christmas Tree Recycling Program operates annually from late-December through mid January. Exact dates are announced each year in advance via the city’s website, social media, and local newsletters.

Drop-off Locations
Residents that wish to recycle their Christmas tree(s) can do so at the following locations:
- Walker City Hall
- 4243 Remembrance Rd. NW, Walker, MI 49534
- Walker Community Park
- 700 Cummings Ave. NW, Walker, MI 49534
- Walker Fire Station #3
- 1470 3 Mile Rd. NW, Walker, MI 49534
Please note that plastic trees and plastic wrapped trees will NOT be accepted. All lights must be removed from trees prior to drop off.
