Meet our Personal Trainers:

My name is CARRIE HEIM.  I have been a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 1998.  My specialty certifications include: Balance and Core Training, On Target Living Nutrition 

IMG_0424 - CopyCounseling, Resist-a-Ball Core Conditioning, and Optimum Performance Training for prenatal, senior and youth clients.  I am also a NASM certified Senior Fitness Specialist and a NASM certified Women’s Specialist.  My clients include a variety of people looking to lose weight and meet their fitness goals.  I also focus on those suffering from joint pain or arthritis, post-rehab patients, and people who need guidance and accountability.  I believe in creating workouts that are challenging enough to get results but fun enough to make fitness a permanent part of life.  I am committed to helping my clients stay motivated, set realistic goals, and improve their overall fitness.

My name is JOAN OTTE.  I am certified with AFFA as a Group Exercise InstructorIMG_0425 along with certifications in Spin, YogaFit, International Sport and Karate Association, Powerflex and Mat Science (Pilates) and Silver Sneakers.  I really enjoy working with clients of all abilities.  I like to incorporate different equipment such as stability balls, free weights and bosus.  Core strength and flexibility are very important so I like to draw from Pilates and Yoga.  In my spare time I like to bike, run with my dog and spend time with my family. 

My name is SCOTT FLETCHER.  I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in December 2017 with a diploma in personal training and basic nutrition.  I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and First Aid/CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross.  I enjoy

I’ve been involved with sports and fitness most of my life, playing basketball and football from childhood through high school as well as weight training since I was 14 years old.  I have a passion for powerlifting and helping those who enjoy the sport as well.  I love pushing myself, as well as my clients, to hit new fitness goals.
