Walker Ice and Fitness Center Programs
Outdoor Boot Camp Class
This Boot Camp class is a four week outdoor fitness
program that offers motivational training designed to help you reach
your fitness goals. This class will incorporate cardiovascular exercise,
basic training drills such as push-ups, plyometric drills, jump roping
and more! This will definitely get you into shape and push your workouts
to the next level. All fitness levels welcome.
Adult Dance Class/Lessons
Classes will be held at Walker Ice & Fitness Center
on Friday nights from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. Our instructor Scott Ayotte
will teach a new style of dancing each week. This class meets both
beginner and advanced dance levels. Each session lasts 6 weeks. A drop
in rate is available as well - come as a couple or as an individual!
Everyone is welcome. Pick up a registration form and see the bulletin
board in the Fitness area for more information on prices, dates and
dances
Tae Kwon Do
Students will learn all aspects of Tae Kwon Do
while learning self-defense, achieving physical and mental fitness and
developing self-confidence. Classes are taught by Master Brian Sawinski
a 5th Degree Black Belt. Students will be tested and receive
appropriate color belt and certificate. Classes are ongoing so students
can join at any time.

Yogurt and Fruit Parfaits
3 cups vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 cup fresh or defrosted frozen strawberries in juice
1 pint fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
1 cup good quality granola
Directions
Layer 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom of 4
tall glasses. Combine defrosted strawberries and juice with fresh
berries. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until
glasses are filled to the top. Serve parfaits immediately to keep
granola crunchy.
